However, we will meet challenges and successes and failures that have been met and dealt with before us and will be met and dealt with after us. It behooves us, therefore, not only to avail ourselves of the knowledge of those who have gone before us, but to endeavor to leave behind whatever we can that will benefit those who walk the path after us"
My beautiful mother battled a rare form of Ovarian Cancer for over 20 years and survived! Her attitude was "I told God I had things I needed to do, see her grandchildren graduate and watch them grow" God honored her request she saw all three of her grandchildren graduate from high school and even one from UC Berkeley!
My amazing hairstylist LaTasha Burton, always made sure my mother felt loved and special every time she walked in and out of her shop. She treated her always like a queen, with her kind words and genuine smile. My mother has since gone home to be with the Lord, but I will never forget all of the kindness and special way LaTasha made her feel and as her daughter, I will always be grateful for her.

I Stella Christian-Hall a 6 years Breast Cancer survivor. Cancer is a diseased that has affected many household but one thing I know for sure is that with Grace of God and Family support all things are possible. When I went through Chemo my hair start falling out. During this time frame Tasha(Hairstyles) show me that lost of Hair doesn't mean anything. This beautiful person showed me ways how to overcome look of lost Hair. The technique she used was hair weaves and wigs. My self esteem was uplifted.
